I’ll be the first to admit that my decorating style is eclectic. I don’t like that cookie cutter look in my home furnishings. I like to mix it up a bit which is why this display of plates caught my eye. Sadly my plates, except for the ones I have displayed on the wall, are boring and straight out of the box. I agree with the HGTV blogger who said it’s time to break that pattern by adding some pops of color to my dinnerware and as Grant Dudley said, this display is exactly what I’m looking for.

I have a real weakness for vintage plates, I now have to store them in my closet…..
I would like to have that problem…where do you shop for them?
Thrift Stores, Antique stores and Antique Sows, yard sales, and ebay. i set a limit of $2.50 a plate.
