A Big Ole Bucket of Cardstock

Folks, let me tell you I’m feeling very crafty these day. Recently I finished my very first knitted scarf after what seemed like years and thanks to my friend Chris, who is an artist and into all kinds of crafts, I’m now inspired me to get into card making. This is daunting for a woman who can barely cut straight but I’m not going to let that stop me.

So in that vein I got myself a big ole bucket of card stock and get this it only costs me $5.oo (bucket included).  Here in my part of the country there’s a cool creative reuse center where you can donate art supplies and get a credit on items in their store but you can also get FANTASTIC deals on card stock too. So this little beauty caught my eye, if it can be called little.

P.S. If any of you out there in blog land have cool card projects for beginners please pass them along!
