Yes, it’s okay to have Nachos for dinner!!!

  • 1 small white onion, chopped
  • 1 (15.5-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt, to taste
